Youth Training- Saturday 1 June 15.15- 16.30
It seems to be one of the new frontiers of Fitness and Wellness.
Parents are increasingly turning to the Fitness Centers and or to the Personal Trainer to do motor activities for their young children.
And it happens more and more often that young people, under18 (both males and females), who wish to exercise. And all this happens without there being a marketing campaign or advertising aimed at the U18, a target always increasing and increasing to which the right attention is not given.
The motivations that drive parents, children and young people to fitness there are many: from the specialized exasperation of sports agonistic clubs, the absence of places dedicated to aggregation through the movement; the greater attention of young people towards motor activity to health and good looking physical.
But if the "target Under18" can be considered as one the user sector, the same, can not be identified as a single and identical operating block. In the U18 target the i must be differentiated motor goals based on age and sex.
During the session of Prof. Walter Stacco he will speak, through the scientific evidences, of the theory and methodology of the Sensitive phases, and of the various teaching procedures to be applied to the bands of age which divide the years of school youth.
