What's Your Elevator Pitch? (and why you must have one!):Sunday 2 June 08.30 - 09.45am
Before you can begin to sell your service to anyone else, you have to sell it to yourself. This is especially important when your service is similar to those around you (at least in the eyes of your potential clients). Very few businesses are one-of-a-kind. Just look around you: how many other fitness professionals claim to offer the same kind of service? Elevator pitches (whether you like them or not) are an extremely important part of your business because in 30" of less you must be able to articulate what you do and how you can help other people through your offerings.
In this interactive workshop I will guide you through the necessary steps to build your own PERFECT elevator pitch!

The importance of this was first recognized by the inventor Buckminster Fuller and sculptor Kenneth Snelson in the mid-twentieth century.
The orthopaedic surgeon Stephen Levin began exploring the relevance of tensegrity to biological structure in the mid-1970’s, while Tom Myers more recently introduced the concept of tensegrity in the fitness industry. Fascia is finally getting the attention is deserves in the medical, health, and movement worlds!
In this practical workshop I will guide you through some basic to advanced exercises of mobilization and stabilization for illustrating how your fascia, muscles and bones work together.
