Alessandro Di Giovanni graduated from the ISEF in Urbino and graduated as a professional physical trainer at the technical center of Coverciano where he is now a lecturer. For over 30 years he has been involved in physical activity and lifestyle. He is a Senior Master Trainer for Technogym where he is mainly interested in functional work programs.
He is co-founder of Job Life Balance, a company that deals with the development of movement projects and the provision of services for companies and individuals.
He has trained over the years hundreds of trainers in Italy and Asia and has been a trainer for Juventus, Milan, Rome, Udinese, Fiorentina and Catania.
Hubit®'s natural father is the training course on functional bodywork training, of which he is now a lecturer at the Coverciano National Preparatory course and for the same subject at the National Physical Preparatory course for the Basket federation.
He is the owner and trainer in Civitavecchia of a Fitness club or how he likes to call it "a workshop, a Jlab" where the movement is studied and taught in all its forms, to find the right way to approach the activity and then to the well-being every type of user, obviously up to the highest level performance.
His dream? ... to see people who go to work by bike, on foot, with skates and see meetings made in parks while walking and freeing creativity and not in aseptic meeting rooms.
Hubit - Sunday 2 June 1.45 - 3.00 pm
HUBIT was born from an idea of Alessandro Di Giovanni, athlete and coach who for many years teaches functional training methods to athletes, clubs and professional teams of every discipline. It is inspiring and Teacher. The Program is a new way of interpreting human movement, designed to train or maintain its characteristics of agility, strength, dexterity and coordination.
HUBIT is a neat, rational and progressive sequence of natural movements that you can do anywhere, just your body and the ground below you to regain your space, reinforce and rejuvenate your body!
The new method of free body training created to have available an organized system able to facilitate the Trainer, the Trainer, the Teacher of Physical Education who wants to enrich their lessons and anyone who is interested in functional training.
A real Trainer has the duty to master this matter and this tool (his body) like the use of any other instrumentation necessary for training, especially if he wants to speak with knowledge of Functional Training.
This wonderful mix will give life to an infinite number of movements that will develop a series of routines that can be adapted to the beginner as well as to the evolved athlete.
